St. Croix Rod wants to get you back on the water as fast as humanly possible.

If you're visiting one of our in-person events, or our annual Customer Appreciation Day, here's your chance to get your warranty claim processed in advance of your visit.

At the event, pay a $30 In Person Warranty Fee and pick up your rod at the Warranty Tent.

Warranty Claim Pre-Registration Ground Rules

• Please allow our team 24-48 hours to process your pre-registration claim.

• The Guide Center Team will contact you with confirmation your rod will be ready.

• Rods that cannot be processed for your visit are processed under our Standard Warranty. We will contact you. Additional fees will apply. If your broken rod is no longer manufactured or available, we will exchange it with the closest applicable model.

• If pre-registered and you cannot make the event, we will ship your rod. Additional fees apply.

• Pre-registration for Customer Appreciation Day ends 1 week prior to the event. For 2024 CAD, pre-registration ends Friday, June 14, 2024

• Pre-Registration Warranty Fee = $30 per rod.
