"Ii have 5 stcroix rods. From top model on down to triumph. The triumph tip broke very easy. One rod i don't have warrenty."

"I broke the tip off of my rod and sent the information in for my warranty. It did take 2 weeks (10 business days) for a response but after a confirmation call, where I told them exactly what happened (My Fault), they sent me a new rod which I received in 4 days. I love the warranty service and St. Croix rods."
